Recreational and Modified Programs Spring Registration
Spring registration is now open for the Recreational and Modified Programs. Registration closes on February 15, 2012.
***UPDATE*** FieldTurf Coming to Petrovitsky Park!
Field construction is well underway, but the recent bad weather has set the schedule back at least two weeks. Turf was set for delivery last week, and was slated for install starting on Wednesday the 25th, but delivery has been pushed out until the week of the 30th and the ground needs to be a little less saturated with water to begin the turf work. We still plan on having the fields available in late February. Again, if you have not been up there to check them out, do so and realize without the efforts of a few members of the KYSA board starting in 2008, these fields would never have been built. They are for the community at large and will go a long way to meeting field needs for every group who wants to use them. Toss in our efforts working with KSD on the Kentlake resurface, the new grass field at Covington Park, the King County partnership on the rehabilitation project at Pea Patch in early 2012, our continued work with KSD on Meridian Middle School/K-M grass fields, and it is nice to see what a determined and dedicated group like KYSA can get done...congratulations to everyone involved.

If interested in running for a board position, please contact the secretary for details. Deadline for interested candidates is midnight January 31st. Current positions set for election are the President, VP Comp., Treasurer, Secretary, Select Director, Rec Director and MAR.
